Christmas Delivery & Returns 2024
Need to return a Christmas gift?
For orders placed after November 1st, 2024, returns must be made by January 8th, 2025.
We have extended our return policy for Christmas gifts purchased after November 1st, 2024. If you need to return your gift, you have two options: exchange for store credit or return the item(s) for a refund. Product exchanges are only available for orders within Denmark.
Please note: There may be longer delivery times leading up to Christmas, so we recommend purchasing your gifts well in advance to ensure you receive your order in time.
Exchange for Store Credit
Would you like to exchange for store credit? Please contact us at contact@exercere.com to initiate the return and receive a return label for orders within EU. If you're located outside the EU, you will need to arrange your own return shipping. Further details here: https://exercere.com/pages/delivery-and-returns
When sending your return, please include a note with the following details:
- Order number
- The email address to send the store credit to
If the order number is not included with the Christmas gift, or if you do not know the order number, please contact us at contact@exercere.com
Once we receive your returned item(s), processing time is 10-14 business days. Once processed, the store credit will be issued to the email provided.

Once your return is received, we have a processing time of 10-14 business days. Once processed, the refund will be issued to the card originally used for the purchase.
